Return Policy

Uncommon James provides free return shipping with qualifying orders. Jewelry and beauty purchases made while this sale is live, or extended dates when applicable, are eligible for return for up to 30 days after the purchase date. All U.S. returns will go through Loop returns which you can access the link within your order confirmation email. This return process will use your order number, beginning with GUJ. Through this process you will not be responsible for covering return costs. If you have placed an order to Canada, Uncommon James is not responsible for any additional costs for returns and exchanges. Please contact us for any return/exchange requests for Canadian orders.

Warranty
Uncommon James provides a manufacturer warranty on all jewelry purchases for up to 1 year after the purchase date. Warranty covers manufacture defects such as the item breaking, tarnishing, or losing stones. We do not cover lost, stolen, or items that were not properly cared for.

Care Instructions
Daily Care: Protect your jewelry and its plating by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing your hands, or applying any products such as perfumes, lotions, or hair products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels.
Cleaning Instructions: To keep your jewelry clean, wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner.
Storing Instructions: When not in use, store each piece of jewelry in its respective Uncommon James pouch. They may also be hung on a jewelry stand or carefully stored within a jewelry organizer.
